What is the Your Consolidated Group online portal?

A complimentary service that allows you to order products anytime from anywhere. Simply login and place your order.

How do I place an order?

Follow the steps below to place an order: 

  1. Click on ‘Order now’ in the main menu. 
  2. Select the desired item.
  3. Adjust the quantity and click ‘Add to cart’.
  4. Select ‘Checkout’ to complete your order.
  5. Confirm your shipping address.
  6. Track the progress of your order through ‘My account’. 

How will I know that Your Consolidated Group has received my order?

Once your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email account. Please keep this for future reference and take note of your order ID.

I have made an error on my order.

If you have made an error, please contact us via the ‘Talk to Your Consolidated Group’ button on the ‘Contact Us’ screen.

The item I require is out of stock.

Please contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ screen.

How do I reset my password? 

On the log in screen click ‘Reset password’. Type in your email address and then click ‘Confirm reset password’. An email will be sent to your nominated account, which will guide you on how to proceed.


Shipping/delivery


When are orders dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within two working days of receipt.

How do I track my delivery?

Access ‘My account’ and click on ‘View orders’. Here you can check the status of all your current and previous orders.

How do you ship my orders?

Orders are dispatched by courier.

Can I request delivery to a Post Office Box?

No, deliveries must be to a street address.

How can I update my shipping address?

Go to ‘My account’, ‘Contact details’ and click ‘Edit’ to update or add shipping addresses. Please note the shipping address must be a street address.

What time can I expect my order to be delivered?

Deliveries will be made during standard business hours. Exact delivery times cannot be provided.
